Synopsis

The remote Red Hat 4 host is affected by multiple vulnerabilities that will not be patched.

Description

The remote Redhat Enterprise Linux 4 host has one or more packages installed that are affected by multiple vulnerabilities that have been acknowledged by the vendor but will not be patched.

- libxslt: Heap address leak in XLST (CVE-2011-1202)

- libxslt: DoS when reading unexpected DTD nodes in XSLT in versions prior to 1.1.25 (CVE-2013-4520)

- libxslt, as used in Google Chrome before 17.0.963.46, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read) via unspecified vectors. (CVE-2011-3970)

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied on the package manager's report that the package is installed.
