Synopsis

The remote Red Hat 8 host is affected by multiple vulnerabilities that will not be patched.

Description

The remote Redhat Enterprise Linux 8 host has one or more packages installed that are affected by multiple vulnerabilities that have been acknowledged by the vendor but will not be patched.

- python-pillow: an out-of-bounds read in libImaging/PcxDecode.c can occur when reading PCX files (CVE-2020-10378)

- Pillow before 7.1.0 has multiple out-of-bounds reads in libImaging/FliDecode.c. (CVE-2020-10177)

- In libImaging/Jpeg2KDecode.c in Pillow before 7.1.0, there are multiple out-of-bounds reads via a crafted JP2 file. (CVE-2020-10994)

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied on the package manager's report that the package is installed.
