This entry starts the dhcpsd daemon on system startup. The dhcpsd deamon is the DHCP server that serves addresses and configuration information to DHCP clients in the network.

Solution
In /etc/rc.tcpip, comment out the dhcpsd entry-
chrctcp -d dhcpsd
