Solution
For Exchange Active Sync Configurations:
From the MobileIron console, open the Policies and Configs -> Exchange view. Verify that Move/Forward Messages to Other Email Accounts is checked.
For Email Configurations:
From the MobileIron console, open the Policies and Configs -> Email view. Verify that Block move/forward messages to other mail accounts is checked.
