Solution
Follow the below steps to Disable the Search and URL suggestions feature:
Tap Chrome Icon.
Tap Menu Icon.
Tap Settings.
Scroll to the Advanced section.
Tap Privacy.
Uncheck the Search and URL suggestions checkbox.
Default Value:
Enabled.
