Information
Systems need to be registered with the Red Hat Network (RHN) or Red Hat Subscription Manager (RHSM) to receive patch updates. This is usually configured during initial installation.
Rationale:
It is important to register with the Red Hat Network to make sure that patches are updated on a regular basis. This helps to reduce the exposure time as new vulnerabilities are discovered.

Solution
Run one of the following commands to connect to either the Red Hat Network or Red Hat Subscription Manager:
