Ensure HTTP Error Logging is Enabled

Information

When enabled, HTTP errors that occur while the HTTP channel processes client requests are recorded in the HTTP error log.

Solution

1. Expand Troubleshooting
2. Click Logs and trace
3. Click the name of the server
4. Click NCSA access and HTTP error logging
5. Check Enable error logging
6. Click Apply
7. Click Save
8. Restart the WebSphere Application Server
