Ensure that the HTTP access log file setting is [enabled] for each server.
If the HTTP access log file is disabled, HTTP access requests will not be recorded, which may be crucial in identifying the actions of a malicious user or source of malicious activity.
Solution
1. Login to the Administration Console.
2. In the Change Center, click Lock & Edit.
3. In the left pane, select Domain name > Environment > Servers..
4. Click on the Server name..
5. Select Logging > HTTP..
6. Check the 'HTTP access log file enabled' box, click Save.
