Ensure that the 'Severity' setting for the WebLogic Auditing providers is ERROR.
Failing to log audit events may cause malicious user activity to go undetected.
Solution
To set the severity level on the system perform the steps mentioned below:
1. Login to the Administration Console.
2. In the Change Center, click Lock & Edit.
3. In the left pane, select the Domain name.
4. Select Security Realms > Name of the Active Realm.
5. Select Providers > Auditing.
6. On the Auditing tab, select the name of the WebLogic Auditing Provider.
7. Select the Provider Specific tab.
8. Ensure that the 'Severity' setting is set to [ERROR], click Save.
