Configuration audit logs should be enabled
If the 'Configuration Audit Type' is not set, then the system's configuration can be changed maliciously and it could go undetected.
Solution
To set the configuration Audit logs, perform the settings mentioned below:
1. Login to the Administration Console.
2. In the Change Center, click Lock & Edit.
3. In the left pane, select the Domain name.
4. Select Configuration > General, then click Advanced at the bottom of the page.
5. In the Configuration Audit Type field, select 'Change Log'. Click Save.
