Information
When a web client connects to the APIC, the client must send refresh requests to keep the web session active. This option specifies the maximum amount of time allowed between refresh requests for a user in this domain. The default is enabled.
Solution
Log into the Cisco APIC Web Console:
Navigate to 'Admin' -> 'AAA' -> 'Security'.
Click the 'Management Settings' tab.
In the 'Properties' section ensure 'Include Refresh in Sesion Records' is checked
