Information

If Group Policy is used to enforce benchmark settings, make sure that User Rights Assignment settings are not enforced by Group Policy.
Several privileges under Local Policies\User Rights Assignment are required for SQL Server service accounts. Enforcing the Windows 2008
Server Benchmark recommendations via Group Policy results in either failure to run SQL Server or granting excessive privileges to the SQL
Server service accounts.
