The "restore teacher" feature in Moodle 3.0 through 3.0.3, 2.9 through 2.9.5, 2.8 through 2.8.11, 2.7 through 2.7.13, and earlier allows remote authenticated users to overwrite the course idnumber.

 - A flaw exists as HTTP requests to 'mod/forum/markposts.php' do not require multiple steps, explicit confirmation, or a unique token when performing certain sensitive actions.  By tricking a user into following a specially crafted link, a context-dependent attacker can perform a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF / XSRF) attack causing the victim to mark a forum post as read. (CVE-2016-3734)
