It is, therefore, affected by an incomplete string comparison vulnerability in the numpy.core component in NumPy before 1.22.0 allows attackers to trigger slightly incorrect copying by constructing specific string objects. Triggering this further requires the use of     uncommon API (complicated structured dtypes), which is very unlikely to be available to an unprivileged     user (CVE-2021-33430)
