Synopsis
The remote Red Hat host is missing one or more security updates for kernel.Description
The remote Redhat Enterprise Linux 6 host has packages installed that are affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the RHSA-2018:1346 advisory.- hw: cpu: speculative execution branch target injection (CVE-2017-5715)
- hw: cpu: speculative execution permission faults handling (CVE-2017-5754)
- Kernel: error in exception handling leads to DoS (CVE-2018-8897)
Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.
