The remote Red Hat host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote Redhat Enterprise Linux 7 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the RHSA-2018:2038 advisory.

The dpdk packages provide the Data Plane Development Kit, which is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing in the user space.
