Synopsis

The remote Ubuntu host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote Ubuntu 16.04 LTS host has a package installed that is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the USN-3715-1 advisory.

This update adds the latest DNSSEC validation trust anchor required for the upcoming Root Zone KSK Rollover and refreshes the list of root hints.

Tenable has extracted the preceding description block directly from the Ubuntu security advisory.
