Synopsis

The remote web server hosts a web application that is potentially affected by a cross-site request forgery vulnerability.

Description

According to its self-reported version number, the instance of Atlassian JIRA hosted on the remote web server is potentially affected by a cross-site request forgery in the IncomingMailServers resource. A remote attacker can exploit this by tricking a user into visiting a specially crafted web page, allowing the attacker to disclose sensitive information, impersonate the user's identity, or inject malicious content into the victim's web browser.

Solution

Upgrade to Atlassian JIRA version 7.6.2 or later.
