Synopsis

The remote Red Hat host is missing a security update for openwsman.

Description

The remote Redhat Enterprise Linux 7 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the RHSA-2019:0638 advisory.

- openwsman: Disclosure of arbitrary files outside of the registered URIs (CVE-2019-3816)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the RHEL openwsman package based on the guidance in RHSA-2019:0638.
