The remote Oracle Linux host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote Oracle Linux 8 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the ELSA-2019-3951 advisory.

 - Fix CVE-2019-13616 (a heap buffer over-read in BlitNtoN) (bug #1747237)
