Synopsis

The remote EulerOS host is missing a security update.

Description

According to the version of the exiv2 package installed, the EulerOS installation on the remote host is affected by the following vulnerability :

 - In Exiv2 0.26, jpgimage.cpp allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (image.cpp Exiv2::Internal::stringFormat out-of-bounds read) via a crafted file.(CVE-2018-8976)

Solution

Update the affected exiv2 package.
