Synopsis

A message queuing service installed on the remote host is affected by a denial of service vulnerability.

Description

According to its self-reported version, the IBM MQ server installed on the remote host is 7.1, 7.5, 8.0.0.x prior to 8.0.0.15, 9.0.x prior to 9.0.0.10, 9.1.0.x prior to 9.1.0.5, or 9.1.x prior to 9.2 and it is therefore affected by a denial of service (DoS) vulnerability due to an error within the pubsub logic.

Solution

Install fix for APAR IT32141 or upgrade to IBM MQ 8.0.0.15, 9.0.0.10, 9.1.0.5, 9.2, or later.
