The remote CentOS Linux host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The remote CentOS Linux 7 host has a package installed that is affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the RHSA-2020:3970 advisory.

- A flaw was found in mod_auth_openidc before version 2.4.0.1. An open redirect issue exists in URLs with trailing slashes similar to CVE-2019-3877 in mod_auth_mellon. (CVE-2019-14857)

- A flaw was found in mod_auth_openidc before version 2.4.1. An open redirect issue exists in URLs with a slash and backslash at the beginning. (CVE-2019-20479)

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected mod_auth_openidc package.
