Synopsis

The remote Fedora host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The remote Fedora 33 host has a package installed that is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the FEDORA-2021-a3a0273cb2 advisory.

- Subversion's mod_authz_svn module will crash if the server is using in-repository authz rules with the AuthzSVNReposRelativeAccessFile option and a client sends a request for a non-existing repository URL.
This can lead to disruption for users of the service. This issue was fixed in mod_dav_svn+mod_authz_svn servers 1.14.1 and mod_dav_svn+mod_authz_svn servers 1.10.7 (CVE-2020-17525)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected subversion package.
