Synopsis

The remote EulerOS Virtualization host is missing a security update.

Description

According to the version of the freetype package installed, the EulerOS Virtualization installation on the remote host is affected by the following vulnerability :

 - Heap buffer overflow in Freetype in Google Chrome prior to 86.0.4240.111 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page.(CVE-2020-15999)

Solution

Update the affected freetype package.
