Synopsis

Description

The Dell OpenManage Server Administrator (OMSA) running on the remote host is affected by an authentication bypass vulnerability due to improper sanitization of user-supplied input to a web API request. An unauthenticated, remote attacker can exploit this, via a crafted message, to bypass authentication to gain admin access on the system.

Solution

Install Dell EMC OpenManage Server Administrator 9.4.0.3 / 9.5.0.1 or later.
