Synopsis

The remote EulerOS host is missing a security update.

Description

According to the version of the xterm packages installed, the EulerOS installation on the remote host is affected by the following vulnerability :

 - xterm through Patch #365 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (segmentation fault) or possibly have unspecified other impact via a crafted UTF-8 character sequence.(CVE-2021-27135)

Solution

Update the affected xterm package.
