Synopsis

The remote CentOS host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The remote CentOS Linux 8 host has packages installed that are affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the CESA-2021:1809 advisory.

 - httpd: mod_session_cookie does not respect expiry time (CVE-2018-17199)

 - httpd: mod_proxy_uwsgi buffer overflow (CVE-2020-11984)

 - httpd: mod_http2 concurrent pool usage (CVE-2020-11993)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected packages.
