The remote SUSE host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote SUSE Linux SLES11 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the SUSE- SU-2020:14385-1 advisory.

- In Vim before 8.1.0881, users can circumvent the rvim restricted mode and execute arbitrary OS commands via scripting interfaces (e.g., Python, Ruby, or Lua). (CVE-2019-20807)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected gvim, vim, vim-base and / or vim-data packages.
