Synopsis

The remote Ubuntu host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote Ubuntu 18.04 LTS / 20.04 LTS host has a package installed that is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the USN-5095-1 advisory.

It was discovered that Apache Commons IO incorrectly handled certain inputs. An attacker could possibly use this issue to expose sensitive information.

Solution

Update the affected libcommons-io-java package.
