Synopsis

The remote device is missing a vendor-supplied security patch.

Description

According to its self-reported version, Cisco TelePresence Management Suite is affected by a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in its web-based management interface due to improper validation of user-supplied input before returning it to users. An authenticated, remote attacker can exploit this to execute arbitrary script code in a user's browser session.
