Synopsis

The remote web server contains an application that is affected by a arbitrary file system write vulnerability.

Description

The version of Adobe Connect installed on the remote host is prior to 11.4. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the apsb21-112 advisory.

- Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) (CWE-352) potentially leading to Arbitrary file system write (CVE-2021-43014)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to Adobe Connect version 11.4 or later.
