The Adobe After Effects instance installed on the remote host is affected by multiple vulnerabilities.Description
The version of Adobe After Effects installed on the remote Windows host is prior to 18.4.3, 22.1.1. It is, therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the APSB21-115 advisory.- Adobe After Effects versions 22.0 (and earlier) and 18.4.2 (and earlier) are affected by an Out-of-bounds Write vulnerability due to insecure handling of a malicious file, potentially resulting in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability.

- Adobe After Effects versions 22.0 (and earlier) and 18.4.2 (and earlier) are affected by an out-of-bounds read vulnerability which could result in a read past the end of an allocated memory structure. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. - Adobe After Effects versions 22.0 (and earlier) and 18.4.2 (and earlier) are affected by an Use-After-Free vulnerability that could lead to disclosure of sensitive memory. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to bypass mitigations such as ASLR. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. (CVE-2021-44189)
- Adobe After Effects versions 22.0 (and earlier) and 18.4.2 (and earlier) are affected by an out-of-bounds read vulnerability that could lead to disclosure of sensitive memory.
