The remote host is affected by a vulnerability

Description

The 13.3.0.1 versions of Application Testing Suite installed on the remote host are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the January 2022 CPU advisory.

- Vulnerability in the Oracle Application Testing Suite product of Oracle Enterprise Manager (component: Load Testing for Web Apps (JDBC, OCCI)). The supported version that is affected is 13.3.0.1. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via Oracle Net to compromise Oracle Application Testing Suite.
Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and while the vulnerability is in Oracle Application Testing Suite, attacks may significantly impact additional products. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle Application Testing Suite.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Apply the appropriate patch according to the January 2022 Oracle Critical Patch Update advisory.
