Description

The remote AlmaLinux 8 host has a package installed that is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the ALSA-2021:4236 advisory.

- The ppp decapsulator in tcpdump 4.9.3 can be convinced to allocate a large amount of memory.
(CVE-2020-8037)
