The remote SUSE host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote SUSE Linux SLED15 / SLED_SAP15 / SLES15 / SLES_SAP15 host has a package installed that is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the SUSE-SU-2022:2691-1 advisory.

- A flaw was found in all released versions of m2crypto, where they are vulnerable to Bleichenbacher timing attacks in the RSA decryption API via the timed processing of valid PKCS#1 v1.5 Ciphertext. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to confidentiality. (CVE-2020-25657)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected python3-M2Crypto package.
