Synopsis

The remote SUSE host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote SUSE Linux SLES15 / SLES_SAP15 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the SUSE-SU-2022:3996-1 advisory.

- An issue was discovered in the tokio crate before 1.8.4, and 1.9.x through 1.13.x before 1.13.1, for Rust.
In certain circumstances involving a closed oneshot channel, there is a data race and memory corruption.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected 389-ds, 389-ds-devel, lib389 and / or libsvrcore0 packages.
