Synopsis

The remote CBL Mariner host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The version of mariadb installed on the remote CBL Mariner 2.0 host is prior to tested version. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the CVE-2022-27385 advisory.

- An issue in the component Used_tables_and_const_cache::used_tables_and_const_cache_join of MariaDB Server v10.7 and below was discovered to allow attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via specially crafted SQL statements. (CVE-2022-27385)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.
