Synopsis

The remote NewStart CGSL host is affected by a vulnerability.

Description

The remote NewStart CGSL host, running version CORE 5.05 / MAIN 5.05, has shared-mime-info packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability:

- It was discovered that the gnome-shell lock screen since version 3.15.91 did not properly restrict all contextual actions. An attacker with physical access to a locked workstation could invoke certain keyboard shortcuts, and potentially other actions. (CVE-2019-3820)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade the vulnerable CGSL shared-mime-info packages. Note that updated packages may not be available yet. Please contact ZTE for more information.
