The remote Ubuntu host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote Ubuntu 23.04 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the USN-5900-2 advisory.

 USN-5900-1 fixed vulnerabilities in tar. This update fixes it to Ubuntu 23.04.
