The remote SUSE host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote SUSE Linux SLED15 / SLED_SAP15 / SLES15 / SLES_SAP15 / openSUSE 15 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the SUSE-SU-2023:2618-1 advisory.

- VideoLAN dav1d before 1.2.0 has a thread_task.c race condition that can lead to an application crash, related to dav1d_decode_frame_exit. (CVE-2023-32570)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected dav1d, dav1d-devel, libdav1d6 and / or libdav1d6-32bit packages.
