The remote Oracle Linux host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote Oracle Linux 7 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the ELSA-2019-2046 advisory.

 - Mitigation of regression caused by fix of CVE-2018-19788
 - Fix of CVE-2019-6133, PID reuse via slow fork
 - Fix of CVE-2018-19788, priv escalation with high UIDs
