It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the ALAS2023-2023-402 advisory.

- Due to a buffer overflow bug Squid is vulnerable to a Denial of Service attack against HTTP Digest Authentication (ALAS2023-2023-402)

Run 'dnf update squid --releasever 2023.2.20231026' to update your system.
