Description

The version of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus MSP installed on the remote host is prior to 14.0 Build 14001. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the service-desk-msp_CVE-2023-26601 advisory.

- Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus through 14104, Asset Explorer through 6987, ServiceDesk Plus MSP before 14000, and Support Center Plus before 14000 allow Denial-of-Service (DoS). (CVE-2023-26601)

Upgrade to ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus MSP version 14.0 Build 14001 or later.
