The remote NewStart CGSL host is affected by a vulnerability.

Description

The remote NewStart CGSL host, running version MAIN 6.02, has expat packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability:

- libexpat before 2.4.9 has a use-after-free in the doContent function in xmlparse.c. (CVE-2022-40674)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Upgrade the vulnerable CGSL expat packages. Note that updated packages may not be available yet. Please contact ZTE for more information.
