Synopsis
The remote Amazon Linux 2 host is missing a security update.Description
The version of uriparser installed on the remote host is prior to 0.7.5-10. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the ALAS2-2024-2430 advisory.- An issue was discovered in uriparser before 0.9.6. It performs invalid free operations in uriFreeUriMembers and uriMakeOwner. (CVE-2021-46141)
Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.
