The remote install of Adobe FrameMaker has multiple vulnerabilities.Description
The version of Adobe FrameMaker installed on the remote Windows host is prior to Adobe FrameMaker 2020 16.0.6 / Adobe FrameMaker 2022 17.0.4. It is, therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the apsb24-37 advisory.- Heap-based Buffer Overflow (CWE-122) potentially leading to Arbitrary code execution (CVE-2024-30288)
- Out-of-bounds Write (CWE-787) potentially leading to Arbitrary code execution (CVE-2024-30290, CVE-2024-30291, CVE-2024-30292)
- Buffer Overflow (CWE-120) potentially leading to Arbitrary code execution (CVE-2024-30289)
- Out-of-bounds Read (CWE-125) potentially leading to Memory leak (CVE-2024-30283, CVE-2024-30286, CVE-2024-30287)
