Description

The version of GitLab installed on the remote host is affected by a vulnerability, as follows:

- An issue has been discovered in GitLab affecting all versions starting from 13.2. Gitlab was vulnerable to SRRF attack through the Prometheus integration. (CVE-2021-22178)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to GitLab version 13.6.7, 13.7.7, 13.8.4 or later.
