The remote database server is affected by multiple vulnerabilities.

Description

According to its self-reported version number, IBM Db2 on Windows may be affected by multiple vulnerabilites:

 - IBM Db2 is vulnerable to sensitive information disclosure when using ADMIN_CMD with IMPORT or EXPORT. (CVE-2023-38729)

 - IBM Db2 is vulnerable to a denial of service caused by a specially crafted query under certain conditions.
 (CVE-2024-27254)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Apply the appropriate IBM DB2 Fix Pack or Special Build based on the most recent fix pack level for your branch.
