Synopsis

The remote CBL Mariner host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The version of tensorflow / libpng installed on the remote CBL Mariner 2.0 host is prior to tested version. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the CVE-2022-3857 advisory.

 - A flaw was found in libpng 1.6.38. A crafted PNG image can lead to a segmentation fault and denial of service in png_setup_paeth_row() function. (CVE-2022-3857)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected packages.
